  • Simply visit or download the NowClinic mobile application for iOS® and AndroidSM devices from the App StoreSM online store or Google PlayTM store. When enrolling in NowClinic, make sure to enter your name as it appears on your card.
  • If you and your child are members, your child's record should be linked to your NowClinic enrollment.
  • If you are not a Medicaid member, but are the parent/guardian of a Nevada Check Up member under the age of 18, call 1-877-550-1515 for help with enrolling in NowClinic.
