Plan updates:
- We are listening! In November’s provider news notification, we informed you of some changes to prior authorization requests for ABA Therapy, including changing the authorization approvals to four (4) months at a time. We are pleased to announce that effective immediately, ABA prior authorizations will be approved for six (6) month time periods.

SHO Plan updates:
- New employer groups effective January 1, 2024:
