Plan updates
We’ve added a Flu Decision-Making Guide to our provider website. The guide provides vaccine options and outcomes designed to complement practitioner counseling and assist in facilitating discussions between patients and practitioners.
Our Health Education and Wellness team has developed a heart health program for members with high blood pressure and/or high cholesterol to help prevent more serious heart problems down the road. Members can work closely with a registered nurse, registered dietitian, and health coach to create a heart healthy plan that works for them. Learn more.
To refer members to the program, select Health Education and Wellness as the referral category, and Heart Health as the subcategory.
