Boys & Girls Club Membership

Bring your UHC HPN Medicaid health plan ID card to a Boys & Girls Club near you. This benefit is for kids ages 5-18. Must be an HPN member at the time of enrollment.

Mom’s Meals®

Members with an A1c greater than 9 may qualify for eight weeks of free diabetes-friendly meals (two meals per day). To learn more about the program and see if you qualify, call toll-free 1-877-692-2059, TTY 711.


Baby Essentials & Basics

Need baby essentials like diapers and wipes? What about a car seat or portable crib? Contact our OB Case Management team at HPNOBTeam@uhc.com or 1-844-851-7830, TTY 711, to see if you qualify.


Electric Breast Pumps

Nursing mothers may qualify for a free electric breast pump. One per member. Contact your OB/doctor and ask them to:

  • In Southern Nevada, fax a prescription to 702-242-7703.
  • In Northern Nevada, call toll-free 1-800-321-0591 (ext. 7499).

WW® (Weight Watchers) Membership

Complete our 6-week Health Education and Wellness weight loss program and you may qualify for 13 weeks of WW sessions and access to WW’s online weight loss tools. Call toll-free 1-800-720-7253, TTY 711, to get started.


High School Equivalency

Earn your Nevada high school equivalency. Sign up for the preparation class and exam at:

  • In Southern Nevada, go to the Foundation for an Independent Tomorrow, 1931 Stella Lake St., Las Vegas, Nevada 89106.
  • In Northern Nevada, go to Northern Nevada Literacy Council, 1400 Wedekind Rd., Reno 89512.

Preparatory course is not required.

Discounted Haircuts

Receive a haircut gift card ($20 value) to Supercuts. Eligible members can get one card every six months. Contact your assigned community health worker or call Member Services toll-free at 1-800-962-8074, TTY 711, to see if you qualify.


Free Bus Passes
