Checkups aren’t just for kids

Adult annual checkups with your primary care provider (PCP) are a great opportunity for adults aged 20+ to review their current health, determine what health issues may become a concern in the future, and create a custom plan to prevent them.

Annual checkups (preventive care visits) are conversations with your doctor where you review your past health history, evaluate your current health, and schedule appropriate screening tests. It’s a one-on-one visit concentrated on developing a personalized road map to maintain a healthy life.
