Our goal is not just to assist you in managing your weight, but to help you feel better, improve your health, and start changing your daily habits for a lifetime of wellness.
Attend a weekly virtual class series presented by a registered dietitian to learn easy steps to creating a healthy lifestyle, managing your weight, and nourishing your body and mind.
- Step 1: Balance your calories. Learn basic nutrition and why you need to eat. We’ll talk about calorie balance and making sure your body gets what it needs.
- Step 2: Eat whole foods. Put good nutrition into practice by learning about different eating plans, meal planning, healthy snacking, and dining out.
- Step 3: Move your body. Exercise and how it can help you improve your health, boost your metabolism, and feel your best.
- Step 4: Rest and de-stress. Optimize your sleep routines and learn the importance of self-care to your overall health and sense of well-being.
At the end of each class, set a goal to help you meet your weight loss goals and sign up to talk to a registered dietitian for weekly support.
Periodically, dietitians will host a live question and answer session, taking an in-depth look at nutrition and lifestyle topics.
