Health Plan of Nevada Medicaid no longer offers a Medicaid plan in Washoe County effective on January 1, 2026.
Nevada Medicaid moved all Health Plan of Nevada Medicaid members living in Washoe County to a different plan on January 1, 2026.
If you were a Health Plan of Nevada Medicaid member in Washoe County, you should have received a letter in October 2025 letting you know about your new plan. Your new plan is effective on January 1, 2026.
If you have any questions about this change, please call the number on the back of your new health plan ID card sent by your new plan.
