Live, online instructor-led health education and wellness programs:

  • Diabetes: Understanding The Basics
    Learn tips from a registered dietitian on how to self-manage your diabetes and improve your health. This program is designed for adults with Type 2 diabetes.

  • Healthy Pregnancy and Baby
    Empowering mothers to thrive. Join us for all things mom and baby. Taught by a registered dietitian, this online program will cover nutrition, exercise, breastfeeding basics and postpartum care.
